  1. I cannot sign in to my account. What should I do?

    If you've forgotten you account credentials you can request a password reset here. Enter your email address and system will email your password to you. You may change the password from within your account at any time.
  2. Can I place my order by phone?

    Yes, you can order by phone. Please call 800-222-8100 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST. You may also place an order by fax. Please fax your order to 800-986-9393 and your order will be processed during regular business hours.
  3. How do I place an order online?

    You may place your order on online by using a credit card or purchase order. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If you place your order online using a purchase order, we will not process the order until we receive a hard copy of the authorized purchase order. (Please fax the confirming PO to 800-986-9393)
  4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    All items in stock will ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Items on backorder will be delivered in approximately 7-10 business days. BMI Bound orders will be delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks. Special orders items will be delivered in approximately 2 weeks.
  5. Do you accept purchase orders?

    We accept purchase orders from School Districts, Schools, and Libraries. You may fax your P.O. to 800-986-9393. You may place an order on-line with a purchase order; however, we will not process the order until we receive a hard copy of the authorized purchase order.
  6. How can I get a BMI catalog?

    There are two easy ways to get BMI catalogs.
    1. Download BMI catalogs in PDF format.
    2. Request BMI catalogs be mailed to you.
  7. What are your payment terms?

    Our payment terms for all direct bill accounts are NET 30 DAYS. We also accept credit cards, checks and money orders for payment. We can even set your school or school district up with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), please contact our Accounts Receivable Department at 800-222-8100 for more information.
  8. How does your pricing work?

    Pricing on our website and catalogs are school prices based on the publishers list prices and are for schools and libraries only. We use net pricing so it is easy to calculate your order quickly and accurately. All ISBNs and prices are subject to change. BMI Educational Services is not responsible for typographical errors.
  9. My budget is tight this year. Can BMI help?

    Yes, please call 800-222-8100 and ask for our Special Pricing Department to discuss all of the ways BMI can save you money and stretch your budget even further!
  10. What is your return policy?

    Paperback books purchased from our catalogs and website may be returned for credit within 30 days of your purchase. Books must be in new, uncirculated, and resalable condition. All BMI Bound books, teachers guides, audios, DVDs and special order titles are NOT returnable unless defective. All returns must be authorized, please contact customer service at 800-222-8100 to obtain return authorization. No refunds will be given.
  11. What is BMI Binding?

    Yes, BMI offers a full line of processing options. If you are looking for marc records or reading program labels, BMI has it all.   13. Can I search for books in a particular genre or by reading level?

    Yes. Use our advanced search tool. If you need more help please call 800-222-8100 or email us and we will be happy to put a custom list together for you based on your needs.
  14. Do you send out sample copies?

    Yes. To order a sample of any of our books, please fax us a sample request on your school letterhead to 800-986-9393 and indicate which title you would like to sample. We will send out a complimentary copy right away. For larger sample requests for adoption purposes please contact 800-222-8100 and ask for customer service.
